On 9-11 I was in a hospital waiting for a procedure to be done. I was in the waiting room along with 20 other people. The TV was on and the news interruption came on about the plane that had hit the first tower. People in the waiting area began talking about the "idiot-blind-pilot" who hit the tower. I interrupted them and said "Excuse me. This is a terrorist attack. They have been claiming they would do this ever since the failed attempt in 1993." They all looked at me like I was an idiot, and several of them "poo-pooed" my statement. One guy mumbled under his breath "conspiracy theorist." As those words left his lips the second plane hit, and everyone gasped in horror. I then said "I rest my case."

My point being that it never ceases to amaze me how people miss the *obvious* truth of a situation, which is *always* easy to see. The truth of the Roberts nomination *is*:

Last year the Supreme Court ruled against the Bush Administration's Guantanamo Gulag policies. George W. Bush is a mean vicious person who needs revenge (which is what "getting Saddam" was all about as far as *he* was concerned).

A week before Roberts was nominated he ruled in favor of Bush's "Enemy Combatant Detainee" policies. The "pact" has nothing to do with abortion and everything to do with the Supreme Court turning the tables on itself in favor of Bush's "Enemy Combatant Detainee" policies.

For Bush this all about "revenge" for the Superior Court ruling against him.

In the mean time he's got everyone clamoring over the "abortion issue."

When I think of 9-11 I think of those clueless people sitting around the TV taking about the "idiot drunken pilot" who flew into the tower. And when I think of the Roberts nomination I think of all the clueless people bantering on about "abortion."

The real "pact" has nothing to do with "Abortion" and everything to do with "Enemy Combatants, Detainees and Civil Rights."
