I think this week will show that Israel won the war against Hezbollah--a just and necessary war that Hezbollah began--and that the suffering Lebanese people will be angry at Hezbollah, wondering why it is that Hezbollah risked so much for some political points.
Meanwhile, the socialist left in the U.S. will continue to blur its message by supporting Hezbollah, and people looking at their opposition to the Iraq war will simply think they are crazy, and hate America.
The contention they "stand" for peace will be laughed at because they have stood with Hezbollah, a group that has sent 2,000-plus missiles at Israeli civilians.
The U.S. "peace" movements embrace of violence relinquishes any moral high ground, and those who marched against Israel, (rather than for a ceasefire and for justice for all peoples), basically will be seen like the losers they are: A bunch of talkers with signs.
