The kidnapping of two israeli soldiers has nothing to do with the current war against Lebanon, save as pretext; anyone with an iota of common sense can see that what Israel is doing is blitzkreig, a degree of military onslaught which, if it were about two kidnapped soldiers, would be disproportionate retaliation on a scale far greater than even the Nazis contemplated.

Israel's assault on Lebanon has everything to do with the seizure of natural resources (it's the WATER, stupid) and with furthering the Israel/US expansionist agenda for the middle-east. Bush et al are going along, not only because Bush's nose hairs and Olmert's ass hairs are tightly knotted together, but because of the happy syncroncity of the possible war on Iran and Syria with the upcoming 2006 US elections. We all know dumbass AmeriKKKans rally round the flag when we are at war, and Der Bush is doubtless hoping that this reflex towards fascism will help his party in November.
