Come on Isreal is not all bad, can't anyone sya that at least part of what Isreal did was in self defense. Using the Canadian analogy, what would happen if the sepaeratist Quebec party had 13,000 missles, and billions of dollar worth of weapons that could reach any major US city, and that party also had the elected government of Canada too imobilized with fear to do anything about the sepratist party within its borders. Wouldn't any country react to destroy this party. Please don't make out that the Isrealis where attacking a group of small arms bearing crazies living in the woods. Hizbollah is well armed, trained and finaced by Iran and Syria for one purpose..to destabilize any peace initiative in the region.

For the Arab Americans to overlook this will backfire on them because they are not applying any pressure on their respective Arab countries to refute violence. They and their national cohorts in the Arab countries have never had a peace rally as did the Isrealis. There is no peace movement in any Arab country. Why because any one who mentions peace with Isreal would be killed. Golda Meir said there will be peace when the Arabs love their children more then they hate Isreal
