The armed conflict in the Middle East will continue until America controls all the oil producing countries in the region.
This is America's long-term agenda.
China's rapid development, and eventual emergence as the world's SECOND SUPERPOWER, is a great threat to the USA and the non-Communist world. When America controls the world's major source of oil production, and supply, (the Middle-East), she can decide who gets the oil and who does not.
Without the supply of vast quantities of oil from the Middle East, China's rapid development, and aspirations for Superpower status, will be stifled. In other words she will be a lame duck.
