This world is very violent, and cases of physical ad psychological damage to women are (sadly) very common. That is something that has to change, but it is up to the laws, government and society; I agree wit that, but I don't think this happens only on BDSM related women, it happens to "normal" people and with higher numbers; you are pretending that abuse against women is caused by the BDSM culture, and miss the fact that there are lots of BDSM women that don't suffer from any real abuse...

Im into BDSM and Im always gentle with the girls I play with. I explain the rules and set a game making sure Im not doing any real harm to the girl...I love fantasy, I guess Im just a big kid... and most people in the scene are the same as me, yeah there might be a couple of psychos, but I bet there are some too into church groups, golf clubs, soccer teams, etc...
