My "intuition" is that Rev. Billy, finally, had only a belief in his ability to con the "peasants" in order to maximize his bank account and "power". His "dedication" to the Xian cause was secondary. Psychopaths like him abound, especially among the fundamentalists and reich wingers. Sadly, as many know by now, the "stars" of both political parties, and most "religions" are all owned by the same "interests". What ARE we to do?
