I am amazed that most people never heard that the Constitution has already been officially shelved. According to the War and Emergency Powers Act, the Constitution was suspended "indefinitely", and citizens were converted into enemied to be regulated and controlled by the state. Dr. Eugene Schroder and friends did the research and dug out the proofs in the 1990's. The proof that the Constitution is not functioning is all around us, as some have already noted. Of course, the feds cannot suspend the founding documents, but they did, and they're making it stick.
