Looks like the kid learned that trying to use ostensibly public space can result in being the victim of irrational violence in a society where petty fascists like Officer Rivieri who get a kick out of beating on children 1/10 his size are in positions of authority. (Thanks for saying your name, Officer, since we couldn't quite make out your badge number on the video!) And maybe the kid also learned that commodity media equipment and electronic distribution networks are a way to fight back.
