All I know is what's been reported in the mainstream press www.sunspot.net/bal-te.md.turnout04nov04.story (democratic officials are saying the flier went up in black neighborhoods and the republicans are denying any knowledge and implying the flier might have been faked by the dems).

There's also been criticism of the FOP working polls for Ehrlich, with Dems saying having cops at the poll is intimidation. The FOP say they have worked every election for years and its only when they work for republicans that the Dems cry foul.

Anyway, the flier, combined with the cops at the polls, could _well_ be intimidating.
