I am a journalism student. A responsible news organization would issue a retraction and apologize to UPI in this situation. It will be interesting to see if Baltimore.Indymedia or Cheryl Seal does either.

So far, they have done neither, and that says a lot about the credibility of this site. Why should we believe anything else that is reproduced here, without even the most basic attempt at verification of sources?

What we see here does not appear to be journalism, but simply the exchange of email gossip.
