Ok your right, I don't break the law so I have not been "thrown around" by cops or pepper sprayed. However, I know the law and you were clearly breaking it. If the guy would have taken the citation, you would have been fine. Since he didnt sign it, the cops have to arrest you. After you all flip out and make a big deal out of everything, that is disorderly conduct so thats why the rest of you ended up the way you did. By the way, you were mad about not being able to go near your friend to help his eyes...your not allowed to go anywhere near someone who is in police custody!!! Maybe you guys should stop hanging on the streets. I see you everywhere in towson, and personaly I like cops, they keep me safe plus they risk thier lives everyday...do you? They dont make the laws, they just enforce them and when you break the law, you pay. A word of advise, when a cop comes near you, dont act like they are the enemy if they are just saying hi. You can either be civil or enemies...being enemies does you no good, havent you learned your lesson?? By the way I have nothing against you, I dont even know you but form what I hear and see you need to find other things to do. I just wanted to state my opinion on this PUBLIC forum.
