Yeah, this may be the case but it's still against Maryland law to not provide a restroom to customers if you have sit down tables and chairs.

I know Boli's doesn't have a restroom, they should but the world is far from perfect.

Anyway, I think we all agree. Screw with the police, act like little dipshits and get thrown around. Nothing about your story says to me "Cops beat the shit out of us because they could".
