Where ought our president to send the plutonium for the reprocessing needed before it can safely be used by nuclear energy plants? Obviously, our nation's White House, the presidential mansion, is the main residence of a man who considers the plutonium safely handled, and thus no threat to anyone near it. So, in all fairness and with all due respect for the current president's firm beliefs, we must send it to the basement of the White House. The citizenry of our country can applaud the President's firm stand as soon as his opinion concerns his own welfare, not just the welfare of others.
