Not bad! I do think you need to look more closely at places like Kosovo, before ordering all the troops home. I would have been more taken with a pledge to help create a world police force in which we would not be the dominant voice. Also, some recognition of the growing power of Europe achieved without huge military expenditures. Why should they waste 400 billion euros; let the US bleed itself to death.
