IMC is supposed to be Independent Media, not Karl Rove's media
Date Edited: 03 Jun 2005 03:01:21 PM
Actually, you are.
"It's arguable, however, that reposting all the crap from your blog is a violation of the editorial policy of this site."
Here we go again. Baltimore IMC has a rule that says you can't repost material. Except when you're reposting material that doesn't challenge power too much. That's why almost every item on the newswire is a repost from other IMC sites that is tolerated by the Baltimore IMC editorial committee. The only time the Baltimore IMC editors invoke this "no repost" policy is when they disagree with the subject matter. As I've demonstrated in the past, Baltimore IMC is not the only IMC site that employs drastic censorship to hide subject matter that challenges the regime in Washington.
"...however, that reposting all the crap from your blog..."
You should explain what is "crap" and why.
"Do we really need to follow your fascination with tennis, pot, and astronomy on an independent media site?"
Actually, I'm posting this material for progressives not wolves in sheep's clothing. In other words, you don't "need to follow" what I post because I'm not posting it for people who act constantly like they are employed by Homeland Security.
"Why don't you edit things down a bit, and post information actually relevent to the site?"
Everything I post is relevant to this time. Everything I post is necessary to build a following for the blog.
You should explain why I shouldn't have the freedom to keep my blog the way it is before demanding that I "edit things down a bit". You should also explain why you can't ignore the blog when it is not created for your attention.

No wonder most people just ignore this clown.
