It is a few days since you have posted this article. Are there are any updates?

I do believe that in our country it is possible that people in power can get away with virtually any crime. If Manu Sharma, the son of a much smaller politician could get away with murder for many years, then Rahul Gandhi, the scion of the Nehru-Gandhi family, can certainly get away with rape - after all the victim is not dead, and in the eyes of law, rape is a much smaller crime as compared to cold blooded murder. And needless to say the Nehru-Gandhi family has sufficient clout to silence anybody or anything.

That said i would like these questions answered:
1. If the congress goons assaulted Sukanya and her mother, then were there any witnesses to this incident?
2. You mention that Sukanya's mother made a statement in a press conference. Which news organizations were present in the press conference? Which publications published this news?
3. Did Sukanya approach any doctor after she was raped? Did she take and / or preserve any vaginal swabs - because if there is truth in her claim then evidence will be required to substantiate it? Did she approach any women's rights groups for help?

I do not support the Congress party or the Nehru-Gandhi family. The fact that we have a single family ruling our country for over 50 years means that we are still a monarchy / aristocracy and not a democracy.

While i do not support the Nehru-Gandhi family, i do feel that false allegations are like crying "wolf" when there is no "wolf." And if a real instance of rape i.e. a real "wolf" then there won't be people to believe a cry of "wolf" then. Hence a false allegation can only do more damage than good.

1. The lady Doctor at the hospital ,where Ms.Sukanya went , on that fateful day was transfered soon after that incident .( Name of the lady doctor will be posted shortly )

2. We know the place where Mother and victim Ms.Sukanya are hiding , we choose NOT to disclose for their safety .However we will try to send our men to contact them to throw light on the incident .

3. Video tapes : We took interviews of few individuals and will be aired in 8 days .

4. Fate of the father Mr.Balram Singh is not known

5. We learned that Kalyan Singh will use this incident once Elections are announced , till then Samajwadi Party will remain silent.

I wish to bring to your attention that hinduunity.org has responded to the legal notice by a statement from vyasman on its website . I guess the website is not accessible in India , here is what thay said
